FREE TO A GOOD HOME! 22' Percy Dalton designed Falmouth Working Boat with 4 berth cruising cabin. Built of ferro-cement (hull and decks) professionally plastered. Cabin hardwood with plywood sides. Traditionally fitted with forepeak rope and wet-gear storage, wash/toilet, storage area, galley with stainless steel sink and drainer, gimbled Dometic 3000 alcohol stove. Stuart Turner P66 Petrol engine fitted and run. Always stored under cover. On a substantial steel cradle. Work to be completed: CABIN OUTSIDE Cabin roof and deck are painted cream (needs further coats). Sides varnish to be completed. INSIDE Double bunk, port & starboard single bunks (part under side-decks). COCKPIT Fitting existing hand bilge pump, shaft connection from engine to propshaft at gland, fuel tank, and exhaust system. Electrical wiring for engine and lighting. Side seats, storage lockers and floor (Most parts cut and ready to fit). OUTSIDE OF HULL Hull painted 2013 (blue above and white below water line). Chlorinated rubber paint Anti fouling to be applied. MAST AND RIGGING Mast, boom, gaff and bow-sprit ready made and varnished. Mast-stay wires to be made-up. Some rope and used sails ready. Anchor board for fore deck cut and ready to assemble. All skin fittings fitted except rudder pivot and chain pipe. Final rubbing strake trim ready to fit.
